Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. Your own primary domain is included in the base price.
Do clients need an account?+
No. The first booking works without registration.
Can I edit content myself?+
Yes. Text, images, services, staff and opening hours are managed in the dashboard.
How is staff availability managed?+
Each team member can block individual times or longer absences such as holidays using start and end dates. Google and Microsoft calendars can also be connected optionally. External appointments automatically block the affected times; private titles, participants, locations and descriptions are not stored in Barbilo.
Can I offer gift cards?+
Yes. The optional gift card module can be enabled per shop. Gift cards, activation dates, redemptions and remaining credit are managed in the dashboard. Public online purchase and payment are still being prepared.
How does WhatsApp work?+
After booking, the client can optionally open a prepared WhatsApp message to the shop and send it themselves. The booking does not depend on it; automated messages are not included.
