For activated customer shops, Barbilo processes the contact and appointment data required for a booking on its own server infrastructure. Details submitted through the pilot customer form are used only to process the enquiry and to make personal contact by email or phone. They are not used for marketing without separate consent and are deleted once they are no longer required for the enquiry or legal retention obligations. Marketing consent is optional and not preselected. No analytics cookies are used.
